Placing an order confirms acceptance of these terms.
1. Payment

Invoices are sent by email upon publication and must be paid within 7 days.

Late payments may incur a £25 admin fee per invoice
2. Rates

Advertising rates may change at any time.
3. Artwork & Content

Final artwork must be received by the copy deadline in high-res PDF, TIFF, EPS or JPEG (300 dpi minimum).

We are not responsible for print quality issues from low-resolution artwork or for errors, omissions or opinions expressed in ads.

Ads must be fair, accurate, and legal. Acceptance does not imply endorsement.

We may reject any advert deemed offensive, poor quality or unsuitable. Design assistance can be provided by inhouse team free of charge.

For multi-issue bookings, updated artwork must be received by the relevant deadline — otherwise the previous ad will be reused.
4. Placement & Results

Specific placements are only guaranteed if a premium position is booked.

We cannot guarantee ad performance or offer refunds for lack of response.
5. Cancellation

Cancellations must be made via email before the booking deadline.

Late cancellations will be charged in full.
6. Copyright

Advertisers grant CGT magazine a licence to reproduce their ads.

Copyright in any artwork created or edited by CGT magazine remains our property.
7. Distribution

Distribution numbers and methods are listed on our website.

We aim for timely delivery but cannot guarantee against delays or non-delivery due to factors beyond our control.
8. Voucher Copies
-
Voucher copies are automatically provided and delivered by hand or by post.
